Morris Rosenthal has written a kindle book on methods to fight online piracy and
copyright violations.   It is free as part of Kindle select for five days.  If you
are concerned about piracy consider getting a copy while it's free.

It's impossible to fight piracy.
The whole idea of intellectual property rights needs to be rethought.

BUT
I haven't a clue how that would work!
