It is kind of weird, isn't it. And of course they do ship everywhere, just not everything. Postage is expensive; I have ordered a couple of M Edge covers, and the postage is the same price as the product! I havent seriously proceeded with trying to order it, and I quite like the new M Edge cover if only you could turn it on and off inside the cover, but will make some enquiries in the next couple of weeks.
