A model's murder takes Cuddy into the jaws of the Boston mob
She was born Tina Danucci, but modeled as Mau Tim Dani., Her friends find the slender beauty strangled to death in her apartment, a priceless necklace of hers nowhere in sight. I've been able to "lend" a book to here (understanding that it's only good for 14 days).  Is there anyway she can view the books I have on my Kindle's library?  What happens if I buy a free ebook and have it loaded to her Ipad?

If you register the app to your account, she can have full access to your library but of course she would then not have access to her own library.

If the book you're thinking of is from Amazon, free or not, she won't be able to read it on her device unless it's registered to your account.

If it's a book from elsewhere, and has no DRM on it, and provided it's of a compatible file type, it can be sideloaded onto both your devices.
