Hello and Help!

Hi,

My name is Larry and I just today joined. Hope I can contribute as well as learn.

When I touch "Go To Kindle Store", the shopping cart icon or try to open the browser, I receive the message: "Unable to Start Application. The selected application could not be started. Please try again." My wife has a Touch exactly like mine and she does not have this problem. Has anyone had this issue?

Mine did this when I first got it. From the home page go to "menu", then "settings" then hit "menu" in the top right corner again. You will then see the "restart" option. Choose that option, let it reboot and it should work ok after that. I've never seen that screen again after restarting mine.
