KDP Reports - new format, but won't ever load?

I searched for this topic, since I've been out of town for a few days, and didn't see another thread yet, so...

I was trying to access my KDP Reports, and noticed that the column headings and some other navigation items seem to have changed from late last week -- however, I can't ever get the report to finish loading (I'm using the Chrome browser).

Is anyone else having problems with seeing their sales reports?

Mine seems fine--the only time I've seen something like what you describe, I went back to the main kdp page and logged back in.  It worked fine after that.  Maybe a time-out issue?

It may have been something like that -- it's working normally now after I logged out & back in.

I suspect they're experimenting with some user interface changes, and somehow I got a glimpse of a format that isn't quite ready for prime time. There was a way to filter the current month report & to select all countries to report at once -- but the link never returned a report, and even the default report never displayed. Maybe we'll see some new reporting options soon.

I would LOVE an extra column on the reports which was "Free sales", so that I don't have to obsessively remember how many free sales I had, then stress and worry about if that one sale made JUST before it came off free was free or not. :/

YES. YES. YES. Free vs. Paid would be GREAT. You have to keep track of how many before and after you had, and it's really an estimate to try and get it exact each time.
