Email from Amazon (RE: Attention Required)

Amazon emailed me about Deep Rough. 
During a quality assurance review of your title, we have found the following issue(s):

Content appears to be missing in your title (chapter 20 is found to be missing).

As a result, your title has been unpublished and will not be available for sale on site.

I was freaked out.  This book has been up from over a year.  Well, they were kinda correct.  I inadvertently went Chapter 18, Chapter 19, Chapter 21.  No content was actually missing.

So, are they actually reviewing Indie books or you think they had a complaint?  I recently gave away over 11,000 during 2 days so maybe it was only a matter of time.  The problem is, it's still under review and my rankings are falling fast.  I can only blame myself, but wished they would've kept the book up.
