This makes sense to me. If you can touch it and handle it, you'd be more inclined to buy.

I hope this is a trend will continue.

It's what sold me on the Nook.

I just bought a Kindle (the super cheap one) today. Yes, I need both for business purposes Wink

A robotics engineer is engaged to his business partner when a previous one-night stand reappears. Pregnant. And it's his.

Strange that they didn't think of that sooner. I would have bought a Kindle a lot quicker if I had seen it first.

Our local Staples sells Kindles (the basic model, the others aren't available in my country anyway), so I got the chance to handle one at Staples. It's definitely helpful to be able to try out a product before buying.

Though I'm not sure whether I'll go with a Kindle in the end. I actually liked the Kobo reader I handled at an electronics store a little better and I haven't even checked out the homegrown Oyo and Weltbild readers yet.

I notice at Target that there is almost always someone checking out the Kindle. I once gave someone unsolicited cover advice. Smiley
