Blogs to notify of free promo?

You guys, I'm so sorry to post a new topic on this -- I know I read it at some point in the Mega-Thread for KDP Select Promos, but I just scrolled through a dozen pages and can't find it again.

Does anyone have suggestions for what blogs I should notify of my KDP two-day promo?
