I'm happy to announce that my western, Intimate Strangers, an historical romance set in 1878 Texas, is now available on the Kindle. 

Lucy and Ambrose Quince have a dysfunctional marriage that has produced two children and a lot of seething anger between the two adults. He doesn't trust her, and, most of the time, she doesn't like him.

And then the unthinkable happens. After a major quarrel, Lucy disappears. Ambrose thinks she's run off with another man leaving him to tend the children and the ranch on his own.

Not so! Lucy has survived an abduction and brutal assault, but has no memory of who she is or where she belongs.  Three years later, she's discovered by her brother-in-law two counties over, cooking meals in a diner for saddle bums and hungry cowboys. And just in time too. A body has been found reported to be hers, and Ambrose is about to be hanged for her murder. 

Lucy returns in time to save Ambrose from the hangman, and then stays on at the  Double-Q ranch, to reclaim her children, and join Ambrose in the search for her attackers. But in addition to solving the mystery of her attack, what Lucy and Ambrose Quince find, is a love come true.
