Picture yourself stranded in the mountains with no food or shelter. How can you survive? Fortunately, you have your Kindle with you and a copy of "Survival Handbook for the Kindle." $2.95 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001QTXL6O Inside this book you will find close to forty chapters on such topics as How to build a fire without matches, How to find food, How to stay warm, How to find shelter, How to treat injuries, etc.

I hope you never need my book. But I am making it cheap just in case.

I'm picturing the narrator in Jack London's "To Build a Fire," who is desperate for heat, pulling out his Kindle and perhaps using it to keep snow off of the tiny flame of a fire he's started.

It's bad enough I'm flying in the Andes in October, I think reading this book would completely freak me out!

Fortunately, you have your Kindle with you   [..........]  close to forty chapters on such topics as How to build a fire without matches, How to find food, How to stay warm, How to find shelter, How to treat injuries, etc.

...and How to recharge your Kindle using solar power and a paper clip?   Cheesy

(Just teasing, it sounds like a useful book, and I'll sample it.)
