Well, anyway, let me introduce myself. My name is Ann and I'm a Kindleholic and a Kindleboardsaholic" ("Hi, Ann") I've been asked to moderate the Tips Tricks and Troubleshooting thread by Harvey and his harem of moderators.
I am a moderator on another list, though it's not nearly as active as this one and is pretty limited in membership. Still, I've learned a few things about helping people get along in the cyber-world.
In real life, I am an Enrolled Agent: admitted to practice before the IRS. Which is a fancy way of saying I am a Tax Professional. I'll be pretty busy from Mid January to Mid April and will look forward to this board as my 'down time'! I am also the wife of a retired Navy Officer who is now our parish Facilities and Business Manager. He and I are both active in our Parish Music Ministry. I sing and play Guitar/Flute/Bass Guitar/what-have-you with a small contemporary group at our Sunday evening Mass. Our son is 25 and manages a small college theatre in Bloomfield NJ. (Woohoo! He graduated college and didn't move home!)
Anyway, I've been reading since I was 5, doing music since I was 6, and playing with computers since College. I'll read 'most anything: prefer something with some level of mystery to it. I hope I can be helpful to everyone here as well as those who haven't found us yet!
