Checking on DTP, I was unable to access it. I did get on using Firefox and everthing is blank and in the help forum there are many authors stating that their titles have completely disappeared. I sent an email to

kindle-publishing-blogs@amazon.com

Amazon kindle technical technical support. If you are having the same problem, I urge you to contact them using that email address.

I got a blank also when I tried going to my account thru DTP. But, I also have a direct link into my account, and when I clicked on that, it was fine. Roll Eyes

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with the dashboard when I try to access the sales screen. I'm wondering if it is my computer or if this is something everyone is dealing with at the moment.

Thank you,
Ricky

Yes, Ricky, it looks like the site is having some issues.  They usually correct it relatively quickly.  If not, I show up on their doorstep with water balloons.  Smiley

Oh OK. Thank you both. I was afraid my computer was on the fritz. At least now I know my system is alright.

Have a great day,

Hi all,
Just checked my "reports" page and it says 1 book sold. But I've been following the reports daily, watching the sales stats increase, and yesterday it said 36 books sold. Anyone know why it would say 36 sales yesterday and only 1 today? Kinda freaked me out. Shocked Grin

Same here. An hour ago, I had one sale. Now I have 8. Originally, I had 30something. I think they're coming back slowly.

I thought it was because the book was down for most of the month.

When I only had the one sale of Stalker, it didn't even acknowledge that Wrong Number existed. It's there now.

Huh?

I think it will fix itself in a few hours (or days).

There's another post that has other people showing problems too.

I came on to start one myself, but found these others already here.

Hi, we had two topics that seemed the same to me, so I merged them and let the subject of the oldest post stand.  Hope this doesn't confuse or annoy anyone!

Yes, two threads. I keep the old one, which we use periodically when this occurs. I have the best course of action posted in there.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if the numbers that are showing up are current sales or if the totals are just way wrong?
