Hmm...that's not some kind of metaphor, is it, Sibel?

Not a bad idea! I'd probably have to go with the underdog in that situation. Platypus takes it in 3 rounds.
I think only those of us with kids knows who the platypus is. Hey, has anyone seen Perry?

Hey, has anyone seen Perry? I'll be honest. I'd never heard of him until I did this search for agents. What's his deal? Is he really popular?

I'd go with Sarah Walker! Chuck is my new favorite show, somehow I skipped it until last month thinking it would be stupid but it is very well done. I picked up the previous seasons on Amazon's VOD (which was way cheaper than iTunes, which makes me kinda mad I bought that Apple TV) Its cutting into my reading time though....

Perry the Platypus is on Disney Channel's "Phineas and Ferb." It's actually a really funny show about how these two kids spend each day of summer vacation building crazy things and having adventures, like create huge water slides and time-travel, while their older sister tries to bust them. Perry is Phineas and Ferb's pet who is a secret agent assigned to foil the semi-evil Dr. Dofenschmertz's plots. I don't have kids, I just watch this instead of work on my next novel...just kidding. I have kids, really I do...

@Chad: I'll have to give it a shot! I'd heard about Chuck but never really gave it a chance. @R. Doug: People can't stop talking about your book! @Mike: Thanks I'm just doing my best to make sure the Writer's Cafe isn't all serious business. @Karen: Hmm, which came first, wanting to watch these shows or having the kids? I have a feeling one very clearly led to the other.

I see the appeal of Agent Smith, being able to replicate himself and all that, but you know he's unstable. Agent 47 always gets the job done. He's also got a barcode on the back of his head, which should count for something. I'd go with him.

I am totally torn. I love Smith and Hitman (a lot of men can't pull off that bald look). Decisions. Decisions. And for that, you must now agree to buy, read and review the book of the same title by M. Doug Wicker. Twice! If you'd said it three times in front of a mirror, Mr. Wicker would have appeared and done horrible things to your eye shadow.

Very funny, thread, Jason, but you might actually be pursued by agents or at least get lots of sales over at Barnes and Noble. Your book is now one of the featured PubIt picks. That's the good news. The bad news is you won't be able to tell how many sales you get because their reporting systems has stopped speaking to all of us. Still, I hope it means lots of sales for you! http://www.barnesandnoble.com/u/pubit-self-publish-ebook-publishing/379002433/?cds2Pid=30919

Jason Bourne??
I have to admit I haven't watched any of those movies. Ever since I went to see The Transporter with Jason Statham and was completely bored out of my mind, movies with too much running around and ridiculous stunts turn me off. There are a few other KB people up there too. My rank for that book is usually about 27k so I'll see how it looks tomorrow. Here's hoping it sees a little action! Thanks for letting me know.
