Hi All!
I've had my K2 for about 5 weeks now (all the great posts here finally convinced me to take the plunge) and I LOVE it.

But...my poor K has been completely unclothed so far.  I was starting to feel like a really bad K owner for leaving it all naked and vulnerable.  But, in a state of chronic undecidedness, I just couldn't pick a cover.  Fortunately, in a rare frenzy of impulsiveness, I have somehow managed to buy the poor thing a Strangedog cover (Butterflies on Black).  I'll try to post a picture when it arrives.  I'm also planning to buy it an Oberon as soon as I decide which one.  Anyway, I just really enjoy all the enabling that goes on here, so I'd like to contribute.   Grin

There are currently a few Strangedog covers for sale and it sounds like Mr. Dog may be making a few more this week.  http://strangedog.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=7

Congratulations! It's hard to get a Strangedog cover as they seem to sell out fast.

Geez, what tiny pictures on that website until you click for larger view.  I had almost no idea what each one looked like until I clicked for larger view and then I didn't look at them all, because I was exhausted from all the clicking.

Gee, thanks a pantload.  :-/  I am very indecisive as well and I finally got a DG skin and a BB bag, and I am extremely happy with them.  Then you had to go and post a link to yet another group of beautiful covers.  I also finally looked up M-Edge covers this morning, and again found some great covers (that red patent leather Icon Jacket.... *sigh*).

I just finally deleted the Oberon bookmark from my toolbar.  Now all this.  You folks are a bad influence.

Well MINImum, Kindles don't like cold weather and winter is coming.  They NEED extra layers in the winter so that they don't get cold.  So, you definitely HAVE to get it more clothes.  It's not for you.  It's for your poor Kindle.   Wink

Oh, and yes, lazyvolz, I'm surprised that I was actually able to get one of these covers.  I'd looked at the website before (several times) and they were always all sold out.  I must have also bought the last Butterflies on Black because I see it's not even showing up on the website anymore.  Beginner's luck, I guess.  Smiley

I've looked at these before, and they look very nice from the outside (if you can get one!) -- but I can't seem to find any pictures of the inside of the cover?  Maybe you can share some when you get it. Grin  I would be interested to know how it holds the Kindle, what it looks and feels like inside, how it folds back while reading -- the usual stuff -- the kind of stuff I would expect to find on the product website. PinkKindle, there is a review of a Strangedog cover with inside pictures posted on the Cover/Cases Review thread.  Hope it helps!

A book, I think, is very like a little golden door.
That takes me into places where I've never been before.
It leads me into fairyland or countries strange and far.

Thanks Crebel, I see that now (guess I should have looked there first!).  That answers my questions -- thanks!  Though of course, if the OP chooses to post pictures when the new cover arrives, I would like to see them. Grin

You might want to drop the owner/creator an email as he is very good at getting back to you with a time frame for his latest crop.
