*sigh* K1 is permanently frozen

Peter's K1 has required daily resetting since we got it last Tuesday, and some days, twice. He only has 1 page of books, so it shouldn't be indexing or anything. Last night it froze up and absolutely nothing we did worked. So, I'm on the phone right now with Customer Service, and they're sending another one right out (not very fast, though...not supposed to be here until Wednesday!). At least Peter can be reading on one of our other Kindles while he waits. I am kind of bummed, though. Hopefully the next one will work well.

I am so sorry for the both of you. There is nothing worse than that kind of dissapointment on a childs face.
