Spring Design seeks injunction barring Nook sales

If you just ask for money, they blow you off and you don't get much of anything.

If you threaten to put them out of business, they'll give you plenty of money. . . .which is probably what you want.

I will be VERY surprised if the nook does not come out as scheduled on the 30th.  But stranger things have happened.

(Conspiracy theorists would say Spring Design is probably a shadow company of Amazon. . . . )
