LOL my hubby is always complaining that I'm reading on my Kindle. 

*In best hubby voice* "Are you reading that thing again?  The clothes need folded, the floor needs vaccumed, the dishes need to be put away and the kids need baths.  What have you done all day?"

hahahahahaha, that sounds like my bf 8 hours after he handed me the Kindle hahahaha...

However, I did a fair exchange of sorts. I bought him a new game to keep him occupied while I am occupied... don't know why he has to come up with that phrase

My Kindle was laying on my dresser in its M-Edge... I left the room and came back to find that my boyfriend had put his wallet down on top of it... I eased my Kindle out from underneath the wallet and set it down a few inches away. I guess it would have made more sense to just move the wallet, but he got the point, lol.

I am just a shade under 50, and I can tell you that I thought it was utter garbage. My 15yo daughter has read the series numerous times, I couldn't even make it through the first book.

If my husband said that to me, I'd say in my best wife voice "Darling, is there something wrong with your arms and legs that prevents you from folding the clothes that you and your children wore, vacuuming the floor that you and your children walked on, washing the dishes that you and your children ate off and bathing the children you fathered? I have better things to do!"

I suggest a chair, with arms, and a new roll of duct tape.  You don't want to skimp on the duct tape.  Then your dinnerware, and especially your Kindle, will be safe.  And then you can get something unknown, new, and exciting, this year for Christmas.
