Hi! I got my first kindle for Christmas and am trying to decide what it should wear  . I already ordered a jade green prodigy from m-edge. What skins from decalgirl do you think look good with this color? I really love the black & white fleur .... but am looking for other options also. Here is the skin I like:  |

Oh fun! If you like the black and white fleur the most, go for it. Once your cover is open, you no longer see the colour, just the skin. And once you're reading on the Kindle, you no longer see the skin! I don't think you can go wrong if you pick a skin you love. That being said, you can shop according to colour on DecalGirl, so... Here are some skins with a similar green in them:  For a nice contrast, lots of RED, with some green:  (I'm sorry, but this one is actually perfect for that jacket!  )  And someone else recently asked which cover would match this skin and the green M-Edge was suggested (although the green Icon jacket actually matches the green in it more closely). I thought it made a great combo, and I love the whimsical skin.  Link to your M-Edge jacket, for other jacket hunters. Good luck! |

Hey Prazzie, I ordered 'above the clouds' (the third suggestion you made) because I love this decal, and then F1 wild suggested the jade case as a good match. So both have been ordered. Then I REALLY looked at the decal and realised that the fun part of it doesnt appear on the kindle face, only on the back. I havenet received the decal yet (am in Australia so we have to be patient) but I am really disappointed.

Hey Pushka, you were the "someone else" I was referring to, but couldn't be bothered to go back to find the post to make sure!  I'm sorry that you're disappointed with it. Personally, I like it, it's like a mullet skin - subdued in front, party in the back! If you really don't like it when you get it, you can resell it on here, I'll be first in line! |

He he Prazzie, actually, I wasnt the original poster asking that question but I chimed in on the thread because I just love that decal. I now have the original picture as one of my screensavers, and it was when I was designing a 'matching' screensaver for the new decal when I realised I hadnt looked at it properly. I wondered where the legs were going to be on the decal, and then I realised there weren't any!
It is a great decal though....

No, I know, you took over the conversation, but it was your comments and F1's jacket suggestion that made me sit up and take notice  I just realised I'm in the Accessories section to drool over skins and covers vicariously. My mantra is "no, I *really* don't need another Kindle accessory!" but it's not sinking in yet. |

I just ordered the first one pictured here, the Cold Silence, with the Purple cover, but I was also considering the green. I thought it was a great skin for the Jade cover.

The color of the leather is a very close match with the green in the eye shadow. I'm a green fanatic so it made me happy with out being too OMG green explosion.
