Product Description
This literary thriller revolves around Parker Sloane. When he returns from a dismal foray into third-world cash-smuggling to his childhood home in the woods of New England, it seems he’s seeing his country and his blended stepfamily for the first time—and finding both just as twitchy, desperate, paranoid and unpredictable as the underworld types he thought he’d escaped.

Before he can even unpack, Parker goes head-to-head with his relatives—his tyrannical stepfather, seething younger brother, newly evangelical mother, and his alluring younger half-sister Rita—and with the demons they never exorcised.

Delicately but disastrously, Parker attempts to keep his family from imploding, unaware that they have their own plans for escape. The Moon in Deep Winter combines the dark comedy of the Coen brothers with the doomed lyricism of Denis Johnson, creating an airtight world of homicidal family dysfunction.

SOLD

I am *considering* selling my Noreve case for the K3. It is the black version. I purchased it from someone who hadn't used it, and I haven't used it, so it is in great condition. Still have the original box for it. I just don't like it as much as I thought I would; I really prefer my Oberon cover.

Here is a link to more info on the Noreve site. The case I have is the Black Perpetual series.
http://www.noreve.com/product/Housse_cuir_Amazon_Kindle_3_Tradition.html

I am just trying to gauge interest at this point... I am considering trading it for an Oberon for K3 in one of these colors/styles:

Paisley   Red/Green
Tree of Life   Wine/Chocolate?/Saddle?
Da Vinci    Blue
Celtic Spiral    Wine/Blue
Forest    Fern (maybe?)
Roof of Heaven (maybe?)

Please PM me if you have any interest. I will post pics later tomorrow. I have feedback on ebay and from a sale on this forum and also a purchase from here. When I decide for sure whether I'll be selling/trading it, I'll give those that are interested my feedback and references.

Thank you in advance!!

Bethany, I don't believe there is any way that "someone"....could make a slipcover for the Noreve, because of the rail system.  I don't know how you could design something that would "slip" over the right-hand side where the rails are.  Believe me, I already looked, I have a baby blue Noreve on my Nook and I've checked it out!

Would using a thin fabric or interfacing (black if that exists) with cut outs for the rails work?   I haven't seen a Noreve so not sure but like the idea of slip covers for more variety.

marie, I make slipcovers for the Amazon lighted cover, but I don't see any good way to make one for the Noreve.  I used to have a K2 Noreve and I have a Nook Noreve, haven't seen the K3 Noreve in person, but it uses a rail system.  From looking at the pictures, the "rail" goes across the top and then down the side, likewise the rail goes across the bottom and up the side.  And the Kindle fits very tightly between those rails.  I have figured out a way to have a fabric cover and still have access to the rails.  And I don't want to pay that much for a cover that I won't like unless I cover it up with fabric!
