Just got my Kindle in the mail today (four days early!) and I'm checking it out, looking at all the features, and downloading samples like crazy.

Just one question, if I subscribe to a blag, how do I cancel it after the 14 day trial if I'm done?

Thanks! And let me say, I'm glad to join the Kindle Klub!

Go to your Amazon account and then the section for Manage Your Kindle. You'll see blogs and subscriptions near the bottom of the page, with the option to unsubscribe. That's it.

I don't believe you can cancel a subscription from the Kindle. I think it has to be done on the computer.

Congratulations! 4 days early...Woot!

Thanks, I wasn't sure if there was a way to do it directly from the kindle, but now that I know, I'll be able to cancel it if I don't want the blog delivered.

I was really surprised when it showed up today! It wasn't supposed to get here until the 4th. What a wonderful Halloween Gift Smiley

I've heard folks complain that they can't cancel a subscription from the Kindle but it is SO easy on Amazon.com I think they're just nuts.  You just click 'cancel'.  It says something like "Sure?"  You confirm and ta da!  No one trying to convince you to change your mind or sell you something else instead.  And if you do it in the first 14 days you don't pay for what you already got.  AND if you do it after that, and they've already charged you, they credit you back the part of month you aren't getting.  Now, if you go back and re-subscribe, they know you already used up your free 14 days so you can't keep subscribing and canceling to game the system.
