Received my Kindle 2 yesterday and it sure works slick -- I was hesitant to order thinking the Kindle3 was right around the corner, but in trying it out briefly last night, I'm awfully pleased -- MUCH faster than the Nook I tried out at B&N, nice clear screen, and strongest selection of books at the Amazon Kindle store (although there's always room for improvement). I'll wait until my 30-day return period is up in case a Kindle 3 does come out within that time before ordering a skin and case, but for those on the fence about ordering compared to some of the other e-Readers out there, I have to agree with what everyone has been telling me -- for reading books, it does its job very well. Thanks for the great advice!
