Found on Amazon forum:  On CNET there is a brief look at a new light made by Octo, to be released at the end of March.  http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-10449281-1.html?tag=mncol;title

It looks nice.  I'll be interested to see a more detailed review and some buyer feedback.

That looks like it might be really cool, but it's hard to tell from the video how good a job the light does of illuminating the screen.  I also wonder whether it would damage a skin...

That light looks like it might have potential.  It's priced higher than the Kandle though so that could be a negative.

I watched the video and read the reviews, but can't tell what kind of battery this light takes.  Did I miss something?  Can anyone say?

I think it's AA--if you watch the video again, there's a moment where the reviewer pulls of the battery cover.

Looks nice.  I like that it takes AAs (my reason for not getting the Kandle), but wish the attachment were adjustable so you wouldn't have to get another one for every eReader or new Kindle model.

It takes AA!  Grin I want it, but I just wonder, anyone ever attached a light to your kindle before? Does it feel safe for your baby?

A friend e-mailed me the C-Net article.  It's a good looking light.  Rather expensive compared with my Mighty Bright Flex light.  I also wonder how much light it gives.  Also, since there is no flex stem, however it shows on the screen that's it and no adjustments.
