Can anyone please tell me what the numbers are at the bottom of the kindle page? They change everytime I move to the next page.  Probably a dumb question, I know.....just can't figure it out.
Thanks!

not a dumb question.  Smiley  Instead of pages, kindle uses locations.  So that shows the locations that are currently showing on your screen.  It took me a while to get used to them, but now I pay more attention to the number of locations to estimate book size and I keep track of what percent I've read.

On the left is the percent you have currently read.  In the middle is the locations currently displayed on your screen (which Geoffrey already explained) and on the right is the total number of locations in the book.
