OK so I have a cousin that commutes with a guy that works at the amazon R&D dept. right...so anyway the kindle came up and they were talking about the new one for this fall....
1.  Speech recognition IE... say turn page & next chapter etc..
2.  eye movement sensitive
3.  switchable from color to standard kindle reading screen
4.  roller ball & mouse pad
5.  5 usb ports / dvdr
6.  HD touch sensitive screen
7.  X M radio
8.  sliding keyboard
9.  printer port
10. bluetooth
11. free microsoft office package

It may not be as far-fetched as it sounds.  Remember that Amazon got rid of the lawsuit by the blind in stating that it would develop mechanisms where vision impaired could use the Kindle.
