I used them -- and there are already threads about them.  I will be ordering elsewhere for my next skin.

Here's one thread:  http://www.kindleboards.com/index.php/topic,10701.msg253860.html#msg253860

1)  There was a printing glitch in the custom skin that I ordered.
2)  I emailed them about it with photos of the defect (with the defect circled) and a copy of the original photo used so that they could see that the error was not in the photo I used.
3)  I received zero response.
4)  After 11 days I called them.
5)  They could not/would not assist me by phone, but said that they would email me in 24 - 48 hours.
6)  They emailed me and said:
 "Dear Customer,

I am extremely sorry that you are dissatisfied with the skin you received.  If you could please email me back with specific details and/or pictures of what is wrong with the skin, I can better evaluate what needs to be done.  Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.  Have a great day
."
7)  I replied and forwarded the original email.
8.)  they said they'd look into it.
9)  they sent me a new skin that did not have the original defect, but the was so color skewed (with a heavy "yellow" effect) that the skin went from beautiful to ugly.
10) I tossed it in the corner and gave up on them.

I've purchased a couple of skins from them for my Kindle and Blackberry and they were just fine. Worked as well as the other skins I have used......

My daughter bought one from them for her IPhone and she loves it.  It looks like very good quality to me.

I've used skinit once and am not a fan. I personally only buy my skins from DecalGirl because I believe their quality and customer service is top notch.

I do know people that have bought from tham and have been happy with their purchase though.
