Hi,
I just received my third oberon cover on Friday.
The first two I purchased second hand and they are beautiful
While my newest one was directly from Oberondesigns, the stitching on the back cover is
'overstitched' and crooked. 

Has anyone else had this trouble?

I would take a picture of the area in question and send it to them.  Have you tried to contact them yet?

I contacted Oberon and they are sending a new one out and then I will send them back the old one.
