Just kidding really but it feels like it.  Smiley
I work in a library and we have Kindle 1 & 2, DX and Sony Readers you can borrow for a week at a time.  I completely took advantage of it and tried them all before deciding on the right one.  Then for my b-day my DH ordered a K2 for me as a surprise.  He ordered it on the 3/6 it shipped on the 8th was in Orlando on the 11th and its still not here.  I called Kindle support and the extremely nice guy said if its still not here by this Thursday they will consider it lost and send me another.  We used the free shipping  so I knew it would take longer but we always use the free shipping and it seems like a lot longer wait. Maybe its because I already have a skin and a case setting next to my PC.  Just went to the mail box and still no K2 today, maybe Monday will be the day.

Orlando, huh?  Maybe your kindle wanted to visit the Mouse and friends before committing itself to you.

Hope it shows up soon!  And remember, you don't have to wait until it's in your hands to buy books!

Obviously your Kindle has been reading newspapers, especially the headlines that begin with Florida man/woman/child caught doing unbelievably stupid thing . . . .
