I have a brand new in box 5th Gen 8GB iTouch that I'd like to trade for a Kindle DX.  I will of course add some cash to the deal to make it equitable - the amount would depend on the condition of the DX. 

I am open to considering both new and used Kindle DX's but I'm not really interested in damaged goods.

I just bought a new Touch and it is 3rd gen (3G), there isn't a 5G yet.
