So my Boxwave case arrived but it seems defective  Sad

On the inside cover  inside there are two spots (unfortunately placed where the screen is for one of them!) that look like the leather was worn off or had glue on it. They are slightly scratchy and black (the inside cover is gray). I'm afraid to use this case because if this spot is on top of my screen it could scratch it!

I know it's only 16 bucks but this is very disappointing!

So I'm going to try to post a pic.

Here's the picture. This isn't normal right? I mean the inside of the case shouldn't have these types of areas that are kind of rough?

Looks like a defect. Call the seller, explain the problem along with the picture and ask for an RMA so they can send you a replacement.

Best Wishes!

I sent an email to customer service.

Man I'm about ready to cry (very tough day/week at work and now this!)....so now I'm going to be at least a week of not being able to take my Kindle anywhere and being paranoid about it.

You ever have one of those days? I'm thinking about just telling them to return it completely and ordering an Oberon. I got my skin from DG today but I don't want to put it on until I get my case. It maybe sounds silly but I was REALLY looking forward to putting my Flora into the case after I got the great skin on her.

Man...
