So not only did my Boxwave case arrive defective but I've just realized that there is a white piece/glare on my decalgirl Stand Alone skin. It's to the right at the bottom of the screen but it would drive me crazy

I just sent them an email. I didn't open it (still completely sealed in its packaging) and think I need to exchange it. I also didn't realize the glossy was that glossy! I read at night a lot and I think the glossy might be too hard for me given the glare from the light I get already.

So I've asked to return to them and exchange for Tree of Books (which is dark and muted) in matte.

I'll of course pay postage back no issue. However I'd like to use the discount code since I forgot too when I ordered this one. (too excited)

Is DecalGirl good to work with?

Thanks!

The very first skin I bought from Decalgirl was for my DX and I made a complete mess of putting the front piece on. I emailed them a photo of it and they sent a new skin out (both sides) the very next day and all I had to pay for was the postage - which I thought was brilliant as it was completely my fault the first one got ruined.

I would imagine if you can get the old one back to them in a pristine and resaleable condition and you want a replacement rather than a refund, I'm sure they'll be willing to consider it. They want happy customers, because happy customers come back and order again.

Good luck!
