Edited to update: Settled -- thanks so much to all for the feedback: Here they are: I already got an alternate bag But may try and sell it since it is lovely but not quite what I wanted as far as colors. You were all so helpful! The Stand Alone and the Blue Medge just did not go together...

I think the skin might not be as blue as the cover. It appears to lean slightly to the green hue compared to the cover. But it could just be my monitor.

That's what I'm thinking..that it's almost more teal/turquoise than the deeper blue of the cover.
I guess I'll wait until the cover arrives to put the skin on and if it doesn't match I'll just exchange it.

So the BB bag arrived today...its BROWN! I thought it was black...so no go on the DG Stand ALone skin (thank goodness I didn't remove from packaging!) I emailed them and asked if I could exchange it for the Book of Trees which I actually think will be great with my cover and bag. What do you think? Keep in mind that the BB bag is actually BROWN and not black and the color in it is more blue and less purple from what it looks like in the pic

Well, I think Tree of Books is too TOO brown for the blue case... I see you like trees, how about Thru The Trees The main color blue is not a match with the cover, but there are all shades of blue in the sky around the edges. Did you get the light that fits alongside the Kindle in that case, or will that be a future possible-purchase?!!

Hmm
THat might work Krystal!
I do like trees but I'd settle for anything that matched and wasn't too busy. I prefer something darker rather than lighter though.
Any other ideas?

I feel like a complete idiot. You'd never know IRL that I actually make decisions for a whole department everyday. LOL Anyway I had settled on the below cover and bag. The problem is the skin I have I don't think matches (Stand Alone) and the one I really like might not either (Tree of Books). They haven't shipped the cover -- I guess it's possible I swap it out for the dark brown one but I really like the blue. I'd like a skin that either matches or is nicely complimentary. The BB bag is actually dark brown and the flowers are blueish purple and there is alot of lime green in it. HELP. What skin would work with this combo that is dark (er) and not too busy? I would be forever grateful for the assist and recommends! Thoese are the skins I'm looking at and have (I have Stand ALone already)

Another suggestion, Monet's Waterlillies: http://www.decalgirl.com/item.view/20090Sorry, I don't know how to post the picture. I have this skin, it's a gorgeous dark blue color, and not busy or distracting.

Thank you for the ideas!
I created another post asking specifically for skin input so I'll go post what I've found on there.
I really appreciate the help!

I put in the first post what I decided on.
I am very happy with it and now I'll just have to arrange to exchange the Stand Alone skin (which was just too teal colored for what I wanted) and hope that Medge can ship the brown instead of the blue or I'll have to return that. I guess in the end that's o.k...I really want it to be perfect.
I did decide I might try and sell the Borsa Bella since its not the colors I originally wanted...once I get the other peices I'll see if it all goes and then could be an extra bag or something.
Thanks again so much!

AJJ, This thread is now a little hard to follow, but I think the top threesome is the final decision? I like it fine! You still get some blue in the outer bag, and the brown cover suits Tree of Books better than the blue. TG for return policies!

Thanks Krystal I know I realized I probably should have just posted another post instead of altering the first one. Next time I will!
