In my desperation to make the 2.5.2 update on my Kindle, I tried a factory reset. Now I have 207 books purchased from Amazon thatneed to be loaded on my Kindle again. Is there a way to set it so that these books can download overnight, or do I have to manually click the archives and download each book individually?

I don't know off-hand of a way to do it automatically, but it might be easier to do it from the Amazon site on your PC than via the Kindle itself. Just go to the Manage Your Kindle page, and down in the "Your Orders" section of the page, use the "Deliver To" drop-down list to select the option to send each desired book to your Kindle.

If you decide to send them all to your Kindle at the same time, be sure to leave your Kindle plugged into the charger overnight - downloading that many books and then indexing them will drain your battery badly.

^^^^ what she said. . .though I would add that if you're talking all 200+ books it might even take more than one night.  I'd do 'em in batches of 10 or so at a time.  Yeah, it'll take a while, but less chance on the K freezing up just when you really want to read.
