I just see general press release type info.  I'm still expecting my K3 to arrive on Friday, because of the "Order Now for Release Date Delivery" statement Amazon had on the product page when I ordered.

I think the press are just repeating what Amazon CS have told them - that the K3 will ship 'by' Friday. I still expect mine to arrive on Friday as promised on the product page when I ordered it.

I am a letter carrier and when the last Harry Potter book came out we received them in our office the day, or two, before the release date (these did come from Amazon).  We were told to hold them until the day of release at which time we did deliver them.  So, it is possible the same will be for the K3, but then they are delivering them by UPS this time.
