Linda, did you name your Kindle after The Book Thief?
I'm keeping the same name for my K2.

I'm keeping both so I'll have to find a new name for K2. Maybe I'll call him K2.....

I am reading it right now, it is such a good book! Great name for a Kindle, too.

Yes, I'll be changing the name. There's a small part of me that feels guilty for selling Edgar about 15 minutes after the press conference was over.
I've got to weeks to come up with something new. A female name this time I think.

At first Ford had formed a theory to account for this strange behavior. If human beings don't keep exercising their lips, he thought, their mouths probably seize up. After a few months' consideration and observation he abandoned this theory in favor of a new one. If they don't keep on exercising their lips, he thought, their brains start working.

Well, if anyone is keeping K1 in the family when they get K2 - I recommend calling them "Thing 1" and "Thing 2" - I ordered K2 this morning. Mentioned it to one person, within an hour another friend called wondering what I'm doing with K1 and hinted about how she'd love to get it....

Since my Kindle is an object not a living thing they will all be "my Kindle" regardless of how many I eventually get.
