can the seller please post a message saying that the deal is done? Or add SOLD to the original subject line? Once it is confirmed that a deal is finalized, one of the mods will go in and lock the thread, which makes it easier for everyone scanning the board to know what is/is not still open and for sale.

If a deal should fall through, we can always unlock the thread.

I posted a suggestion here for creating a sub form to archive closed deals.

Which has been done. Thanks for the suggestion.

When a deal is sealed, please put SOLD in the subject line. A mod will lock the thread and move it to the archive. It can always be unlocked and moved back, if need be.

Go to your very first message in the thread--the one where you posted your original sale--choose modify and then change the subject line.
