 I have the new wi=fi only Kindle and am reading Packing for Mars... the footnotes are marked with *  but when i press enter to read the footnote I can't get back to where I was reading.  If i go back one page it takes me back to the previous footnote.  Any suggestions? thanks km

Bookmark the page before reading the footnote then go back to the bookmark and delete it.

Use the [Back] button.

Footnotes are generally a PITA on eReaders. I'd very much like something like the dictionary popups to be used, with a 'next/previous footnote on screen' hotkey...
