Long story short... I gave my wife my K2 when I bought a K3 a few months back. At the time she had a giant stack of DTBs.. Last night she finished the last of them. Tonight she flies to the East coast so she decided it was time to finally give the Kindle a try.

Yay!

It made me sad to see my old K2 languishing on her desk day after day. It's good to know it will be used again Smiley

I bet once she tries it she will fall in love with it and wish she would have tried it sooner. Wink

So much for old e-readers filling landfills!  recycle REUSE renew!  Another objection down the drain.

I hope she likes it.

No one is using my K2.  My husband thought he might but hasn't.  My son has voiced some interest but hasn't either.  Weird, I think.  I would not be able to resist it.

I can't imagine letting a Kindle sit around without trying it out! I loaned mine to my boss for a couple of weeks, but I don't think he played with it much. He's probably more of an iPad guy.

A couple of WEEKS?!  Shocked How did you go long without it? There's no way I couldn't live without my Kindle out for that long. My poor DH can't even get a day with mine.
