McAfee usually starts these threads, but since I don't see one yet, I'll do the honors.

Want to share your December sales numbers?

Firefly Island = 233
Flaming Dove = 101
The Gods of Dream (released on Christmas) = 47
The Word Weaver's Grimoire (Creative Writing Tips and Tricks) = 21

I have been leery about posting numbers. Don't get me wrong I love reading them, but it makes me nervous (like if I say it then everything will come crashing down around me). Undecided Here I go though (hopefully nothing will come flying across the room at my head).

B&N up until December 25th:                                             1008
Amazon (rough estimate since I didn't look before closing)      3500
Amazon UK (rough estimate since I didn't look before closing)  1500

Here's mine for TEMPEST:

Amazon.com: 83
Amazon UK: 6
Barnes and Noble: 1154  (that I'm aware of.  Pubit just wiped my previous months' sales reports and is still slow at reporting.)
Smashwords: 2 (that I'm aware of)

TOTAL: 1245

I'm not sure what happened with B and N, but I wish it would happen with Amazon, too...

I'm sure Barnes and Noble will change its numbers again, but for the moment:

Amazon: 128
Amazon UK: 16
CreateSpace: 42
PubIt: 38
Smashwords: 3

For a total of 227.

The long march to the 1000 sales a month club goes on.

My best month ever, by quite a bit.

Amazon US: 2579
Amazon UK: 84
B&N PubIt: 2139
Total: 4802

Big sellers were Unwrapped (777 copies), In the Mood (496 copies), Isn't It Romantic? (497 copies), and over 2000 copies of a pen-named short story (1900 of those sales were on B&N), which sold briskly without any promo whatsoever.  Apparently they like erotic romance on B&N. Grin

ETA: Holly, you can still find your last month's sales report on B&N.  The dropdown menu is defaulting to December 2011 right now, for some inexplicable reason.  You have to go hunt for December 2010.

December was absolutely the best month sales-wise ever for me.  I don't know whether to attribute the increase to dropping my Kindle price to $.99 or joining Kindle Boards where I get such great advice and support!

Sounds of Murder

     Kindle--US--  61
     Kindle--UK--    4
     Smashwords-- 6
     Amazon (print)-1

Total:     72

Happy New Year!

42.  31 for Reining In and 11 for Phantom Rising.  Not great, but so much better than all those months of 2 or 3.  LOL.  Does seem to be picking up steam just a little bit.

Doubled last month's sales.  Grin

               US  \  UK
Isabeau     36     24

CITH         60     14

WDF         56      11

Total    =       201

Thrilled, since my goal was 150.  Haven't checked my DTB sales yet.  Woke up this morning expecting the beige bar of shame and had already sold one of each on both sides of the pond - sweeeet!  That has never happened.  And Isabeau has been sneaking into the Top 100 for HF in the UK on occasion.

Went to bed before the final tally, but the last time I looked:

376 between both books

Having two books out definitely boosted my sales!
And I sold 26 books in the UK (a 260% increase  Grin)

Onward and upward!

Happy New Year Everyone

Thanks, but I can't find it anywhere.  My drop-down menu is completely blank, and typing in the search box didn't give me any results.  I may have to wait until I get the payment for December to know the real number.

Congrats on those sales, by the way.  That's impressive.
