The next cheapest one is $220, in like new condition, and the owner is throwing in a red cover. Doesn't say what type of cover. This one probably won't take long either.

They also have Kindle with sale price of $1,100. I don't get it. Who's going to buy a used Kindle1 for that price? Why?

I have no clue. I was able to buy a previously loved Kindle for my niece from a Kindleboards member at a reasonable price. Now it is being newly loved. But I would never, in my wildest dreams, pay $1000 for a used Kindle. I don't think I'd pay that for a new one, either! L

Don't you think these are some of the left over prices from before Christmas? I know several sellers on eBay tried to get outrageous prices for their inventory at that time.
