Hello. I'm a Kindler from California and I'm new here, sort of. I've been following KB since I acquired my first Kindle (more than two years ago), but I've done it one step removed. A friend, who had more free time than I did, kept me informed of Kindle news and discussions. Now my schedule has changed so I'm able to do the keeping up myself.
This is a great site. It's a wonderful source of information and inspiration, and I'm grateful to everyone for sharing their expertise and opinions. I look forward to contributing.

Hi, I'm California Kindler as well! When I decide to buy my K2 I had never seen any in the wild, but I've been noticing more and more Kindles out and about.

Me too! I can't believe how much I love my K3, and it's been quite the conversation piece in the Central San Joaquin Valley.

Well, I WANT to Kindle in California! I love my state, but California is where I go as often as I can....haven't had the Kindle there yet....can't wait to travel with it!

Personally, I think the KB is a integral part of the kindle experience....belated welcome !
