Is it possible to create some sort of strucutre in your table of contents (by title, author, genre, etc...)? Maybe by linking your personal computer with the Kindle (2)-- much like working with a smartphone?

Alternatively, or in addition, am I reading this right- I could delete any or all of my Kindle content from my Kindle and simply re-download (assuming it has been purchased) from Amazon whenever I want to read that book- no matter how many times I have already downloaded it?

As for the first question, I am not sure. I am a lowly Kindle 1 owner. But you're right about the second part. Delete as you see fit, you won't be charged to redownload.

You can change the sort order, but cannot manually create a sort.  There are no "folders" to use either.

There is a trick where you can "tag" your books and the search for the tag which is less than ideal.

You can always download books you own from Amazon (they show up in the "Archived Items" folder.)
