I just signed up for a service called Delivereads. The host sends several articles from the web to your kindle every week. First batch looks pretty good.

They ask you to allow their e-mail address to send files directly to your Kindle -- so Amazon would be charging my credit card a small delivery charge each week. (Since I'm still using a Kindle 2!)

I wonder if they have an option to send it to your regular email address and let you move it to the Kindle yourself.  If not, they should.

The site defaults to the free.kindle.com account, but you have to take it on trust that they will only use that one, and although they say "If you have an older kindle, select the regular @kindle.com address using the dropdown menu above." they don't explain the implications of that on your credit card.  Undecided

You can input your free e-mail account. You can read more about it on http://blogkindle.com/kindle-faq/#online-document-conversion

You can use your free email account if you have wifi, and it will send directly to your Kindle. However, with a Kindle 2 there is no wifi so the free email account will not send the digest to your Kindle, only to your email.

As I said above, the web site need to explain the implications of the different email options better.

Actually, if you select the regular kindle address using the dropdown menu it does explain that Amazon will charge a small fee for delivery. Also there is a link to Amazon's policy. But of course if you have WiFi, free.kindle.com is the way to go!
