New Owner. 1st time to the site.

Is it possible to create a "vocabulary" file from all the dictionary look-ups in Notes or any other way?

Hi John, welcome! Glad to see you found your way here...

I just looked up a word in the dictionary but the menu option for notes and highlight are gone. I also tried using the search bar to search for the word, then went to the dictionary but that also does not give any options for highlight, clippings, or notes. So I'm not sure it can be done.

Maybe somebody else has a clever idea?

Howdy John, welcome to the boards.

To answer your question, not that I know of...  but I like the idea!

Since we can search the web on Kindle, and access Wikipedia, maybe we can access dictionary.com and clip the word and def from there.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome.
Maybe a vocabulary file will be in future releases.

This is a great idea.

I can see my daughter using it for her schoolwork.
