What I have read so far says to me that the book has a "soul" which is something I strive for in my own writing. Sure, it could probably benefit from a few technical tweaks, but for me, the story's the thing! |

Tried posting to the blog, but it will not accept my post, so here's my 2c. "I agree totally with Vicki - ditch the first paragraph and it will read much better. "I was also wondering about genre.
