Better buy one fast.  How long do you figure until Amazon hits him with a cease and desist?  It's fun and I really want one and would hope amazon would have a sense of humor about it, but he has to be infringing on all sorts of trademarks... not to mention now he's making money off it.

I don't know what the ramifications of large-scale production would be, but parody has a long-standing exemption. If it had any kind of functionality, instead of being just a piece of plywood, he'd be wide open, but I think (although IANAL) that he's in the clear with them.

What they should do is HIRE him to make them to pass out at malls and stuff.  Instead of words from a book the screen could have some ad copy and the URL. . . . .
