Hi,

I'm relatively new to this board. It's incredibly active; you folks must be doing a great job.

I recently set up my signature with image links to my books and a text link to my website. My question is: Is there a way to make the text link larger and/or more bold? I tried bracketing the link name "My Website" with <b> and </b>, but that didn't do anything, except have the tags show up in the name.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Bill

As BTackitt said, use square brackets.  The signatures and posts use BBS code, not html.  A good tip is to "reply" to a thread to work on your signature, this gives you full access to all the formatting buttons like bold, italics, font size, etc.  Then, instead of actually posting, use "preview" to check the appearance of the signature and then copy the code and go to Profile and paste it into your signature.  This will also let you have a bigger work area, get a look at the code used and test the signature before it goes live.
