Working on a standalone that should be up in a couple weeks, then the 4th Noah, and a couple other things that are still taking shape...so...not much

Hi, Im not sure if this is the right place to ask so sorry if it's not,

I wanted to ask why Liquid Smoke kindle eddition is avalible in Australia but, the previous 2 books in this series are not?

And will Liquid Smoke make sense if i read it with out reading the other 2 first? (Some series do, others dont)
