Boxwave new Kindle covers

This cover I found on Amazon for the Kindle Touch looks pretty cute!



That link is for the Touch, but they have versions for the Baby K, the Fire, and I think the Kindle Keyboard as well (search for "boxwave satin pink").  It's a good price too ($22.95) -- and it says it's leather -- but I'm wondering about the quality, as I've never had a BoxWave cover before.  I think it's cuter than anything else I've seen yet for the Touch though.  I know people have been liking the Belkin one, and that's a definite possibility, but I looked at it at Target (the Baby K one), and the pink is really more orangey than I'd like . . . but that's just going on the color.  It might be that I'd like the actual cover itself better.  I'm not sure how I feel about the corner straps . . .

So anyone have any opinions?

I think it looks nice. FYI I suspect the leather is synthetic if you care about that - the description on the Boxwave site does not say so, but if you check the other color options which are same price the leather ones say synthetic.

Really cute, and I love the pink.  I've ordered the purple Amazon cover for my Touch, so we'll see how that works out.

I had a Boxwave cover for my Kindle 2 (way back when!  ) and I like it a lot. It was synthetic leather but looked good and no strange smell to it or anything else not to like...

Looks cute, love pink, it's my favorite color, that's why I regret that amazon didn't put the old colors on the new lighted covers. Have the pink lighted cover for my keyboard kindle. Was contemplating buyingthe green lighted cover for the baby kindle, but now think maybe ordering this with an octovo light...this combo will be 1.4 oz lighter then a kindle with lighted cover.
That's the only thing that makes me doubt to buy a lighted cover. I just love the light weight of the new kindle and hate to put so much weight on it again just for a light.

I just know I won't be happy if I get something that's not pink.   I think I'm going to keep this one pretty high on my list of possibilities.  Yeah, it's probably not real leather, but that doesn't really bother me -- what can you expect for that price?  I just want it to look nice, protect the Kindle (although it will also be inside a Vera Bradley sleeve while in my purse), and not fall apart too fast.   And it's cheap enough that I won't feel too bad if I find something I just have to have later!

I think I'm going to wait a couple more weeks just to make sure I don't see anything better closer to the release date, and if not, I'll get this one -- and of course I'll post a review!

Fortte leather has two pinks but not sure which Kindles they are making covers for.   You could check with them to find out.   The respond quickly to email.   I think it is www.fortte.com

I am hoping they make one like the Simple Book style - see the Samsung 7" Galaxy Tab.   It sounds like they might be for the K-Fire.
