I have a book to check out, but when I went to check out the book it asked if I want it adobe ebook and I forgot the other one. I clicked on adobe ebook and it wanted to download onto my computer. How do I get it on my Kindle. I didn't have this problem with my library in Palm Beach County. Now I might lose the book altogether.

Unfortunately, you can't put an Adobe ePub on your Kindle.  Some books don't have a Kindle edition available from Overdrive yet - this might be one of them since you apparently didn't see Kindle as an option.  You could read it on your computer or an app on a phone or some other device if you have one.  Overdrive actually has an app for reading on phones, etc.

  At one time it was for the ebook, it was Son Of Stone. Maybe it is one of the ones that was pulled and you can't get if for the Kindle anymore.

Yep, that one's showing ePub and PDF versions, no Kindle.  Good ol' Penguin publishing.
