LOL!!! You are all correct!!!  Roll Eyes I have no idea, but those questions are interesting, but giving me a headache.  Tongue Someone please ask the author.

I finally found my Bree in real life. Her name is Shaushana sp?. She's on ShopNBC.com. She's a model for their shows. She has the best long, red hair. She also has blue eyes. The only thing that differs is that her eyes are not slanted nor is her nose sightly longer. She's tall, maybe 5'7", 5'8".

I think Gellie would go back to the year she left, knowing Bree would be right there in Scotland where she could find her.  That's why she needed the gemstones, and Ian's blood to guide her back to Bree.

Or can one person be in the same space/time as herself?   Wink

So the gemstones are like mapquest!.

According to the SciFi books and video I have seen , the universe would be destroyed if Gellie came into contact with herself.  Good thing Claire killed her.

Good analogy.   Cheesy

According to Hermione, she might get so frightened, she would probably kill other herself.  No reason why she couldn't mail herself a letter before she popped back to the past.  If she did that, how do you think things would have changed for Gellie?  Considering her arrogance and conceit, would she still have done the same things?

I like the idea of Geilie killing herself.  Grin

Maybe Geilie could do a Back to the Future and send herself a letter from the past.  That way if she missed herself when she goes back to the future, she would still get herself the message. Smiley  Geilie is arrogant and conceited but she also knows she failed.  I could see her take the information and change her tactics but not the original plan.

I know we are done with Voyager but with the whole time travel thing we get to go back to the past.

You mean you wouldn't miss the little ... (insert family friendly name for female dog here).

No, I don't think she would have changed her original intent, either.

Yes, we do.  So I'll ask one further question.

Jamie told Mr. Willoughby about a Chinese colony on Martinique.  Do you think (hope) that he made it back there, considering his betrayal of Jamie?

I have really mixed feelings about him. I went from thinking he was a very odd man, to feeling very sorry for him. But his betrayal of Jamie was bizarre to say the least. I understand his bitterness completely but I'm not sure I can forgive it. Still, I wouldn't wish a continued life of misery on him. Maybe if he found a Chinese colony he could get over some of it.

Do you mean what I like to call "a witch by a different name"?

Willoughby, little deviant that he is, yes, I hope he made it to the colonly.  Yes, he betrayed Jamie but Jamie didn't understand the affect his actions had on Willoughby.  I'll consider it a lack of communication and wish Willoughby the best.
Willoughby's betrayal did put a new spin on his shooting of the custom's agent.  It's more likely he was protecting his secret rather than protecting Claire.  Now off to read Drums of Autumn (right after I finish Curious George Goes to a Chocolate Factory).  I'm still on Chapter 2.

You couldn't be referring to Curious George could you.  I finished Curious George goes to a Chocolate Factory.  I'm now reading Curious George goes to the Hospital.
